Refund Policy for Assia Beauty Online Shop

At Assia Beauty, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality beauty products and women’s clothing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers:

  1. Returns and Exchanges: 1.1. You may request a return or exchange for any unused and unopened item within 30 days of the purchase date. 1.2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. 1.3. For clothing items, please ensure that they are unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odours, or alterations. 1.4. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

  2. Refund Process: 2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team either by email or phone. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. 2.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item(s). 2.3. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. 2.4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  3. Return Shipping: 3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. 3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item(s) to ensure their safe and timely arrival. 3.3. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: 4.1. Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to intimate apparel, swimwear, and clearance/sale items unless they are defective. 4.2. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: 5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing details and any relevant pictures. 5.2. We will assess the issue and provide you with further instructions, including a replacement or refund, based on the specific situation.

  6. Cancellations: 6.1. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. 6.2. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it will fall under the return or exchange policy mentioned above.
